What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda guides us to live according to the natural cycles of the seasons, the
time of day, and time of life, all of which bring us closer to vibrant health.
The Ayurvedic approach to health arises from a 5,000 year old system of Indian Medicine, Ayurveda is becoming increasingly popular in the west. It means, "Science of Life" and its timeless wisdom relies on viewing each person as a unique individual with a particular constitutional make-up. Treatments focus on restoring an individual's innate balance by addressing the root causes of disease. It profoundly relies on the individual's capacity to create wellness from within, trusting our true inner nature and helping to develop our own strength.
